Job Overview

As a Digital Enterprise AI Business Applications Solutions Specialist, you will empower customers through the Microsoft Cloud, driving digital transformation with AI, Copilot, CRM, and ERP solutions. This role combines strategic sales execution and customer engagement while collaborating across teams to deliver impactful business outcomes.

This position offers up to 50% remote work and requires 25–50% travel.

Responsibilities

• Customer & Partner First Mindset – Build strong relationships, deliver connected experiences, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Sales Execution – Drive new sales opportunities using digital signals, social selling, and partner collaboration.
• Customer Engagement – Consult with key decision-makers to understand challenges and propose Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Opportunity Management – Develop stakeholder maps, lead account planning, and accelerate deal closures.
• Collaboration – Partner with internal teams to cross-sell/up-sell across Microsoft solution areas.
• Operational Excellence – Maintain accurate reporting (pipeline, forecasting, deal velocity, etc.).
• Learning & Development – Stay updated with certifications in Dynamics 365 & Power Platform.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of technology-related sales experience (application platforms, CRM, ERP, low-code/no-code).

Preferred:

• MBA or Master’s in IT or related field.
• 8+ years of enterprise solution/service sales experience with a proven record in digital transformation.
